Loved the fantastic views, great kitchen staff for gluten-free meals, and amazing pools for all ages. Truly enjoyed the space and layout.

Our stay was primarily to explore the nearby beaches and nearby attractions, like Kalamata's Castle, which is just a short drive away. The view from our room was the highlight – you can't beat those sunrise views over the bay. Although the exercise room didn't meet expectations, having two pools to choose from was a plus. One evening, we enjoyed some quality time on the balcony, although the chairs could have been more comfortable.

Lastly, there was an uncomfortable exit light in the room that I had to call maintenance to disable, disrupting my sleep.

absolutely horrendous experience at this so-called 5-star hotel. breakfast was a mess, cold coffee, and missing items daily. i had to lug my own bags down, can you believe that? and that irritating green exit light ruined any chance of sleep. i nearly thought of a good review, but just couldn't!
